TimeMoto PC Software reaches the End of Software Update Support on September 1, 2026. Your system will continue to operate as it does today, and for most customers, no immediate action is required.
What is changing?
While your day-to-day use of the software will not change, a few important updates apply:
- After September 1, 2026, TimeMoto PC Software will no longer receive updates.
- Technical support will no longer be available for systems outside the warranty period.
- If you purchased a TimeMoto clock before September 1, 2026, you will continue to receive device support until the 3-year warranty on your clock expires (proof of purchase required).
- Support articles and documentation for TimeMoto PC Software will remain available in our Support Center.
What this means for you
You can continue using your current system to track employee time as normal. Most customers do not need to take any action right now and can continue using their existing setup while reviewing future options.
TimeMoto Cloud
If your business needs change in the future, TimeMoto Cloud is available when you're ready. It offers a cloud-based alternative with ongoing updates, new features, and support.
Eligible customers may qualify for 3 months free and discounted replacement hardware.
