Installing/updating the TimeMoto PC Plus Software

There are various ways to download/update your TimeMoto PC Plus Software. In this article, we describe how.

Visiting the web page

On our website, you find the latest TimeMoto PC Plus Software version.

Just click "Download PC Software" to download the latest version of the TimeMoto PC Plus Software.

Link in the registration e-mail

If you selected the TimeMoto PC Plus Software during the initial setup of your TimeMoto device, you will receive an email with your PC Software license key. In that same email, you will find a link that will lead you to the download of the TimeMoto PC Plus Software.

Just click on "Download" to download the latest version of the TimeMoto PC Plus Software.

Updating the TimeMoto PC Plus Software

When an update for your TimeMoto PC Plus Software is available, you will see an exclamation mark in the top-right corner of your software. Click on the exclamation mark to go to the download page. 

Just click on "Download" to download the latest version of the TimeMoto PC Plus Software.

Note: After September 1, 2026, the TimeMoto PC Software will no longer receive updates or support.

Downloading the TimeMoto PC Plus Software

After clicking the "Download" button on the download page, your browser will ask you to download the file "TMSetup.zip". This file holds the setup file you need to run to install/update your software.

Open the folder where you saved the file. In Windows, this is, by default, the "Downloads" folder. Double-click on the file to open it.

In the zip file, you will see the setup file used to install/update your software. Double-click on the file to start the installation. 

Installation/update

The setup starts by asking which language you want to use for the installation. Press OK to continue.

You must accept the license agreement in order to continue the installation. If you decline, the setup will quit and not be continued.

By default, the software is installed in the Program Files (x86) directory. You can change the directory here if you want to. If you update the software, the installation directory is preselected and cannot be changed.

Before finally installing the software, you will see a summary of your previous choices. If you update the software, everything will be preselected for you, and you will not see the summary. You can then continue installing the software.

The installation proceeds automatically. Sit back and relax while it completes!

The installation/update is now finished. Press the "Finish"-button to wrap up the installation/update and use the software.

Troubleshooting

If you did not close your TimeMoto PC Plus Software before starting the installation, this window will appear. Close the software before continuing with the installation procedure.
