You can use filters in various sections of the TimeMoto PC Plus Software. You can find these filters underneath the options at the top of the window.

Under [Edit] > [Work schedule], you can filter by name and/or description of work schedules.

Under [Report] > [Presence], you can filter by the following parameters:
- the last clocking state of the users
- department
- user

Under [Edit] > [Device], you can filter devices by name.

Under [Report] > [Day], you can use the following filters:
- date range
- departments
- user
Additionally, you can choose to show the clocking data as decimals instead of time (hh:mm). This is useful for various payrolling systems that use decimals.
If you also want to see the current overtime balance, you can check "Work schedule on / off".
If your users work over midnight, you can set the "End of day" time to another time so that working time can be calculated correctly.
